Custom Pack Information & Ordering Instructions
Hi everyone! Due to the amount of requests for custom packs they are now available!
Please read everything below to understand how it works. 
After reading just click the link at the bottom of this page to pick your tubes!
Custom Package Information, Guidelines and Instructions:
YOU MUST READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH YOUR CUSTOM PACKAGE ORDER!!!!!!
YOU CAN ORDER A CUSTOM PACK OF 6 TUBES OR 12 TUBES.
THE R TURNED PG TUBES WILL INCLUDE 2 CLOTHING VERSIONS OF THE SELECTED TUBE IF MORE
THAN ONE CLOTHING OPTION IS SHOWN IN THE ORIGINAL PREVIEW.
CHECK THE CUSTOM PACK PREVIEW TO SEE THE TUBES INCLUDED.
CUSTOM PACKS INCLUDE ONLY TUBES. NO IMAGES AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOM PACKS.
CUSTOM PACKAGES MAY NOT BE GIFTED TO OTHERS...SORRY!
IT WOULD BE AN ADMINISTRATIVE NIGHTMARE! :)
PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR TUBES CAREFULLY AS THERE CAN BE NO EXCHANGES.
Custom Package Prices:
3 tubes = $5.00 + $1.00 handling fee
6 tubes = $10.00 + $2.00 handling fee
12 tubes = $20.00 + $2.00 handling fee
Custom Package Guidelines:
*Note: Barbara Jensen is only offering tubes as custom packages.
No images are included or available for custom packages.
1. Any brand new packages will not be eligible as a custom package choice for a period of 2 months.
2. You will continue to use your current BJ license # with any custom packages you order
and continue to follow Terms of Use.
3. You may not Gift custom packages.
4. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your custom package
however we will try our very best to have it to you the same day of your
order within our regular business hours. Custom packs must be put together
by hand and takes some time to process.
This is the reason for the handling fee of $2.00.
The handling fee will apply for EACH custom pack that you order.
Instructions For Ordering and Receiving Your Custom Package
1. Make your 6 or 12 tube selections from my custom package page.
Click on the thumbnails for a larger preview of the tubes.
2. Write down your 6 or 12 tube ID numbers on a separate sheet of paper.
You will need them in order to continue with your order. ( Example: A3, C6, B2, F11, F5, D4)
3. Click on either the Add 6 to Cart button or Add 12 to Cart button, depending on your tube selections.
4. Type your selections (separated by commas) in the COMMENTS box of the order form.
When ordering more than one custom package please indicate with "Pack 1...your number selections.
Pack 2....your number selections."
**Same goes when using the "other" payment option. :)
5. Once your order is received your tubes will be loaded onto our database server and assigned a url link.
6. You will receive an email from custompackages@artistpackages.com
with your Custom Package Link information.
PLEASE SAVE THIS E-MAIL ADDRESS SO THAT YOUR LINKS LETTER DOES NOT END UP IN YOUR SPAM FOLDER. :)
7. Click on the link provided in your email and proceed to download your custom package.
8. Please send an email reply to the Custom Packages department at the above
address indicating that you have downloaded your package.
9. Your custom package link will be disabled once you have successfully downloaded your tubes.

SPECIAL NOTICE
PLEASE BACK UP YOUR PACKAGES ON A DISC OR EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE!
THERE WILL BE A $5.00 FEE PER 24 TUBES FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF CUSTOM PACKAGE ORDERS.

25 - 48 tubes = $10.00
49 - 72 tubes = $15.00
73 - 100 tubes = $20.00
YOU MUST PROVIDE A RECEIPT FOR EVERY CUSTOM PACKAGE YOU WISH TO HAVE REPLACED.
YOU MUST ALLOW UP TO A WEEK FOR REPLACEMENT PACKAGE ORDERS TO BE FILLED.
YOU MUST EMAIL THE CUSTOM PACKAGES DEPARTMENT FOR REPLACEMENTS.
